Their work and that of other Lincoln Park arts and media students will be presented to the public at a LAVA Festival event tonight at Barnes & Noble bookstore at Settlers Ridge, the first time LAVA has taken its show on the road.
The LAVA (Literary And Visual Arts) Festival outreach event is Thursday, Jan. 26, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Lincoln Park students are to exhibit photography and artwork, and read their original works. The public is invited to see and hear what they’ve been doing.
Lincoln Park receives a percentage of sales at Barnes & Noble during this event, so patrons may choose to support the school with their purchases.
The spring LAVA Festival is set for March 7 at Lincoln Park.
